These SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply exclusively to business communications between eClinPro, LLC (“eClinPro,” “ECP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its customers, prospective customers, partners, or business contacts.

1. Program Purpose

The eClinPro Business SMS Program is used only for operational and business-related communications, including:

  • Responses to Contact Us or Apply forms
  • Demo scheduling or follow-up
  • Sales inquiries
  • Customer support
  • Account or service notifications
  • Platform onboarding or training coordination
  • Contract or billing communications

Messages are informational and transactional only. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages without separate consent.

2. Consent to Receive SMS Communications
